The Surreal World

Surrealizm to prawdziwy typ indywidualisty.

Poniżej fragment wiersza, surrealistycznego, francuskiego poety, Louisa Aragon
oraz sesja, Tima Walkera z udziałem Tildy Swinton w domu państwa De Menil, ekscentrycznych kolekcjonerów sztuki.

Surrealism is a true individualist type. If he was a men he would have to be a tall handsome brunet, who doesn't care about social contracts or paradigms. He plays with fantasy and absurd. He exceeds himself and doesn't look for his behaviour explanation. He observes mind and its logic activities with irony. They call him crazy, for whom nothing is impossible. He mixes illusion with reality, treats dream as a truth. He is his own master.

Below poem of surreal French poet Louis Aragon and Tim Walker's session with Tilda Swinton in the Houston Museum’s Menil Collection.

All desperate souls hurled deathward from their brink
Your eyes are so deep my memory is lost there

In the shadow of bird now the ocean roars
Then suddenly the day clears and your eyes change
Summer carves the cloud on the angels' pinafore
The sky's never blue as it is above grain

In vain the winds pursue the azure's griefs
When the sparkle with tears your limpid eyes make
Envious the heavens less bright after showers
Glass is never so blue as it is when it breaks
